| There
were nine other Lisas in my elementary school class…nine.
I learned quickly that being distinctive was the
only way to be remembered…the trick was making
sure you stuck out in a good way, not the toilet
paper on your shoe way. |

| I’m
an optimist, a filmmaker a vivid dream-rememberer,
and a wholehearted collaborator. I think loving
and learning are the two best things to do while
on the planet. Corny? Perhaps. But that philosophy
sure has made my life satisfying. |

With a
BFA from Cornish College of the Arts and a substantial
background in creative writing and film, Lisa Halpern
translates her natural storytelling abilities and
marketing skills into persuasive communications
including corporate videos, radio spots, web content
and an extensive range of marketing materials. This
Seattle-based writer/director/producer recently
optioned her first screenplay, has received strong
interest from Drew Barrymore’s Production
Company Flower Films, (Donnie Darko, Charlie’s
Angels), Garth Brooks' production company Redstrokes
Entertainment, and GoldCrest Films (Chariots of
Fire, The Killing Fields), and currently directs
and produces for the Seattle Channel.
